What the totals leave out
- Installed PA for a permanent room. It depends on your room, so get a site survey first. Portable speakers are included when you pick them.
- Installation, tuning and permanent cabling.
- Projectors and room displays.
- Stage and worship lighting.
- Sales tax and shipping.
How to stretch the budget
- Buy in phases. Phase 1 gets Sunday sounding right; the rest can wait.
- Used camera bodies and lenses from reputable used dealers can save real money.
- Feed your stream its own mix from a console bus. It costs nothing and sounds far better than a room mic.
- Pick gear your volunteers can learn. The best system is the one your team can run.
Where the prices come from
Approximate US street prices from manufacturer and retailer listings, checked October 2026. Prices marked ≈ are estimates or allowances. Prices change often, so get a quote before you buy.
Spot a price that's off or a product that's been discontinued? Let us know through the ACC contact page.
The fine print
- Estimates, not quotes. Prices are approximate and change often. Confirm with a dealer before you buy or budget.
- Not professional advice. This is a planning starting point. Use licensed professionals for permanent installs, anything hung overhead (speakers, choir mics, lights) and electrical work such as outdoor power or generators.
- Assistive listening. Receiver counts follow the ADA 2010 standards as a guide. Religious organizations are generally exempt from the ADA's public accommodation rules. This isn't legal advice.
- Brands. Product and brand names belong to their owners. Listing a product doesn't mean its maker endorses this tool or reviewed it.
- Brand relationships. Some brands that appear in this planner have worked with Atlanta Church Creatives, for example as event partners. Keep that in mind as you compare options.
- Links. "Check price" links open a search on the retailer's own site. ACC doesn't earn money from these links. If that ever changes, we'll say so here.
- Privacy. Your answers and list stay in this browser. The planner does not send the details you enter to ACC. Standard site analytics may record page visits.
