  • Check the plan. Do you actually know what’s happening, or are you already preparing to figure it out on the fly?
  • Check your gear. Batteries. Cards. Cables. Storage. Updates. The little things become big things on Sunday.
  • Check your people. Does your team know the plan? Don’t make volunteers guess what you already know.
  • Check yourself. How are you walking into the weekend?

Prepare the production, but don’t forget to prepare you.
