1. Scope and contact
This Privacy Policy explains how Atlanta Church Creatives handles information through our main website, community and gathering signup forms, church and partner inquiries, and digital resource requests and purchases. Contact us at contact@atlchurchcreatives.com with privacy questions or requests. The Job Board has its own privacy policy and terms at jobs.atlchurchcreatives.com. External event, merchandise, and app services may have separate policies.
2. Information you provide
We receive the information you enter into a form or checkout, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, website, organization type, inquiry message, and communication preferences. Please avoid including confidential information or sensitive personal details about yourself or other people in inquiry forms. Payment services provide transaction details such as the purchased resource, amount, date, and payment status. Square processes card details through its secure payment form; do not send card details to us by email or through an inquiry form.
3. How we use information
We use this information to send requested resources and updates, acknowledge and respond to inquiries, coordinate community activities and partnerships, process purchases, provide delivery support, and maintain relevant operational and transaction records. Form submissions and purchase or download activity may create internal email notifications and follow-up tasks for our team.
4. Website and email activity
Our main website uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure page visits, resource interest, checkout starts, and other website interactions. These services may use cookies and similar technologies and receive device, browser, internet address, page, referral, and interaction information. Meta may use information it receives in connection with advertising measurement and personalization under its own policies. Our email and resource delivery services may record delivery, opens, and link clicks. A recorded download-link click indicates that a link was opened, not necessarily that a file was saved or read.
5. Service providers and sharing
We use providers for website hosting, forms, contact management, email delivery, analytics, and payments. These include OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, GoHighLevel and LeadConnector, Mailgun, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Meta, and Square. Authorized team members and service providers can access information needed for their work. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
6. Email and text choices
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message or contact us for help. Purchase receipts, requested resource delivery, and responses to an inquiry may still be sent as service communications. Where text updates are offered, the form describes the applicable consent choices. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You do not need to opt in to promotional texts to request a resource or make a purchase.
7. Cookies and privacy requests
You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through Google and Meta. Blocking cookies or external services may affect some features and may not stop every form of measurement. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, or to stop promotional contact, by emailing contact@atlchurchcreatives.com. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional privacy rights may apply, including rights concerning targeted advertising or data sharing. We may need to verify your request and retain records required for transactions, security, or legal obligations. Our current website does not provide an automated privacy-request or cookie-preference panel.
8. Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, maintaining communication preferences, supporting purchases, and meeting recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose. We use administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no website, email system, or storage service can guarantee complete security.
9. Children
Our website and resources are intended for church creatives and people engaging with our community, not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information so we can review and address it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as our services and practices change. The date on this page identifies the current version. Contact us if you have questions about a change.
