These Terms of Service apply to the Atlanta Church Creatives main website, its community forms, and digital resources offered through the website. Please read them before using these services or purchasing a resource. Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices. The Job Board, external merchandise store, third-party apps, and individual event registrations may have separate terms that apply to those services.
2. Using the website
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when requesting resources, making a purchase, or contacting us. Only submit information you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate someone else, send spam or harmful material, interfere with the website, or attempt to access systems or information without authorization. If acting for an organization, ensure you have authority to make the request or purchase.
3. Community and partnership inquiries
Submitting a form starts a conversation or adds you to the updates you requested. It does not guarantee a partnership, sponsorship, event place, employment opportunity, or other outcome. Any specific collaboration, sponsorship, or service commitment must be agreed separately. Event dates, availability, and registration requirements are stated on the relevant event or registration page.
4. Digital purchases and delivery
The checkout identifies the resource, price, currency, and applicable charges before payment. Keep Creating is a one-time digital purchase, not a recurring subscription. Payments are processed through Square. After a successful purchase, download links are sent to the email address supplied at checkout. You need a working email address and compatible software to open the supplied file formats. Check spam or junk folders if delivery is missing, and contact contact@atlchurchcreatives.com for help.
5. Refunds and delivery problems
As stated at checkout, digital product sales are final, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you were charged incorrectly, received a duplicate charge, or cannot access the purchased files, contact contact@atlchurchcreatives.com with your order email and a description of the problem. We will review the issue and help resolve it. Do not include full card details. Event tickets, merchandise, and Job Board services follow the policies shown by their respective checkout or service.
6. Resource use and ownership
Website materials and digital resources remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may download and use a resource for its intended purpose, subject to any instructions or license included with it. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or claim ownership of protected material without permission. Contact us about team distribution or uses not described in the resource.

We send requested updates, inquiry responses, purchase receipts, and resource delivery messages using the details you provide. Promotional email includes an unsubscribe method.
