Who is this conference for?
Let’s Talk Production is for audio, video, lighting, worship, social media, communications, and production teams. Staff members, ministry leaders, and volunteers at every experience level are welcome.
When and where is the conference?
The conference is Thursday and Friday, January 28 and 29, 2027, at Mountain West Church, 4818 Hugh Howell Road, Stone Mountain, Georgia 30087.
What time does the conference start and end each day?
Daily start and end times will be announced with the complete conference agenda.
What will I learn?
Breakout sessions will cover topics across audio, video, lighting, worship, social media and content, creative communications, production leadership, and volunteer development. The complete session list will be announced as it is finalized.
I’m new to church production. Is this event for me?
Yes. The conference is designed for both experienced leaders and people who are still learning. Sessions will include practical foundations as well as ideas for growing teams and systems.
Is this event only for people in Atlanta?
No. Church creatives and production teams from across the region and beyond are welcome.
What does my registration include?
Registration includes two days of main sessions and breakout sessions, along with lunch and refreshments. Additional details will be shared as the agenda and conference experience are finalized.
How do I register, and what does it cost?
Community Presale is $79 per attendee through October 14. Early Bird Registration is October 15 through November 30, Standard Registration is December 1 through January 3, and Final Registration begins January 4 and continues until registration closes.
Do you offer group or team pricing?
Community Presale is one flat $79 price for every attendee. Beginning with Early Bird Registration, groups of 3 or more save $10 per person and groups of 8 or more save $20 per person.

Once a ticket has been purchased, all sales are final.
Transferring your ticket
Standard tickets are nonrefundable, but you may sell or transfer your ticket to someone else. To complete a transfer, email contact@atlchurchcreatives.com by January 15.
What about lunch?
Lunch and refreshments are included with registration. More information about meals will be shared before the conference.
What if I’m traveling from out of town?
Travel guidance and recommended hotel information will be shared as conference details are finalized.
Is parking available?
Parking and arrival information will be announced closer to the conference.
Do I need to bring anything or my own gear?
No personal production equipment is required. You are welcome to bring a laptop, tablet, or notebook for taking notes. We will share any session-specific recommendations before the conference.
